Kenneth Lester Leggett, aged 56, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2020, in Kissimmee, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Duo Boutique Hotel, located near the Red Star Restaurant and Bar on West Irlo Bronson Highway. On that fateful day, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of shots fired at the restaurant.
