On October 19, 2011, Martin Howard, a 26-year-old resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically killed. Martin's life ended in an incident that remains part of the city’s numerous unresolved homicide cases. He was one of many victims caught in the violence that plagued New Orleans during that time. Despite ongoing efforts by law enforcement to address unsolved homicides, Martin's death remains unresolved, contributing to the large number of cold cases in the area.
