Brandion Keith Clemons, a 29-year-old African American man from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on November 2, 2019. Clemons was at an unlicensed bar in the 3900 block of West Third Street when he was shot around 3:40 a.m. A 911 caller reported seeing Clemons on the ground after he was shot, but did not see the shooters. The Dayton Police Department Homicide Unit launched an investigation into his death, and police were searching for three armed suspects who fled the scene.
