In the summer of 2014, the life of Jamarius Dionte JP Pennyman, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. In the early morning hours of June 23, Pennyman was in the courtyard of the Providence at Cascade apartment complex on Fairburn Road when he was fatally shot.
