Sergio Ulysses Collins, a 27-year-old African American male, was found dead in his car near Stonecrest Mall in DeKalb County, Georgia, on October 20, 2017. Collins had been reported missing on October 17, 2017, and was believed to be in danger. According to the Atlanta Police Department, Collins was shot to death in northwest Atlanta on the same day he was reported missing.
