In the autumn of 2022, the life of David Tigner, a 50-year-old African American man, was tragically cut short in an act of violence that shook his Atlanta community. On the afternoon of October 27, Tigner was sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot of a shopping plaza located at 735 Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW when he was fatally shot.
