On a Saturday evening in the nation's capital, the life of 30-year-old Kevin Sharp was tragically cut short. The male resident of Southeast, DC, found himself in the 1500 block of First Street, Southwest on February 25, 2023, when violence erupted. At approximately 8:44 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night, prompting calls to the Metropolitan Police Department.
