On the evening of Labor Day, September 4, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Daysean Snowden was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. At approximately 6:48 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3800 block of 9th Street, Southeast. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene. Snowden, a male resident of Northeast, D.C., was found inside a car, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
