On February 12, 2017, at approximately 10:27 PM, Kenny Terry Bell, aged 30, was fatally shot in the rear of the 3800 block of 8th Street, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and found Bell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Bell was pronounced dead at the scene.
