On February 18, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the Kingman Park neighborhood of Northeast Washington, D.C., resulting in the death of 35-year-old Darius Robinson.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 1600 block of Rosedale Street NE.
