On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at approximately 9:14 p.m., a tragic incident occurred at the intersection of 10th Street and Spring Road NW in Washington, D.C. Fourth District officers of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to reports of gunshots in the area.
