Do you know who murdered LaVon Bell?
LaVon Bell, an African-American man, was on the 700 block of Yuma Street Southeast in Washington, D.C., in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 15, 2003, when the quiet of the neighborhood was shattered. At approximately 1:00 a.m., multiple gunshots were fired, and Bell was struck several times. He collapsed there on Yuma Street, gravely wounded, as the violence of the attack unfolded in a matter of moments.
