In the autumn of 2024, the life of 18-year-old Alexander Ariel Pavon-Rios was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. The young man, a resident of Northwest D.C., was last seen on October 27, 2024, and was reported missing on Halloween. A week later, in the early morning hours of November 8th, his remains were discovered in a wooded area in the 2600 block of Dunbar Road, Southeast.
