Randi Jermaine Gunn, a 43-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2024, in Hartford, Connecticut. On that evening, around 7:15 p.m., the city's ShotSpotter system detected nine rounds of gunfire in the 600 block of Garden Street.
