On November 28, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Glendale, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of Katrina Comtois, 39, and her longtime partner, Scott McKervey, 52. The incident began around 9 p.m. when officers from the Glendale Police Department responded to a shooting call at a home near Peoria and 47th Avenues. Upon arrival, they found Katrina Comtois with multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds. She was immediately taken to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
