On September 6, 2014, Shantel McCormick, a 28-year-old resident of Surprise, Arizona, lost her life in a tragic incident in Glendale, Arizona. The event occurred when the vehicle she was in, driven by James Tucker, 29, of Kingman, Arizona, veered off the Loop 101 highway and crashed into the desert around 7:30 p.m.
