On June 6, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in Glendale, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of 47-year-old Alex Kuhn and his 69-year-old mother, Peggy Kuhn. The shootings took place at the home where Alex lived with his parents, his wife, and their two young children.
