Terance Devon Brown, a 41-year-old resident of Hartford, Connecticut, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2024. He was born in Hartford on December 23, 1982, to Viola H. Aikens-Walker and the late Dennis J. Brown. Terance attended Saint Augustine in his early years and graduated from Bulkeley High School.
