In the late hours of a warm summer evening, tragedy struck in Hartford, Connecticut. Terance Devon Brown, a 41-year-old Black male, became the victim of a fatal shooting on Saturday, August 3, 2024. The incident unfolded on Burton Street, where police were dispatched at approximately 11:28 p.m. following reports of gunfire.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
