On March 4, 2023, Payshas Whatley, a 20-year-old resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was tragically killed in an apparent murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred at the Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes, located off Uintah Street on Gatehouse Circle.
