On April 29, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. Patrol officers from the 12th Street Division responded to the scene and found 40-year-old Toney Fairmon suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. MEMS (Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services) arrived and attempted life-saving measures, but despite these efforts, Fairmon was pronounced dead at the scene.
