On May 19, 2024, James Clifton Bailey, a 41-year-old white male from Walker, West Virginia, was tragically killed alongside his fiancée, 40-year-old Felicia Jean Goff. The couple was found deceased in their home on Morgan Ridge Road after a fire broke out around 12:39 p.m. Firefighters responding to the blaze discovered their bodies inside the residence.
