In the late summer of 2019, a sense of concern grew for the well-being of 61-year-old Floyd E. Black Jr. who was last seen on August 9th in Barnstable, Massachusetts. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 160 pounds, with distinctive auburn hair and blue eyes.
