On October 13, 2024, a fatal crash occurred on Highway 20 east of Earlville in Delaware County, Iowa. The incident involved a 2014 Chevrolet Impala driven by Tijuan Devell White, a 50-year-old resident of Robbinsdale, Minnesota. White was traveling eastbound when, for an unspecified reason, his vehicle crossed the median and continued driving in the westbound lanes for over a mile.
