In a quiet Lower Beaver neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa, the life of 15-year-old Tee Reh was tragically cut short on the afternoon of Monday, February 3, 2025. Responding to a report of a shooting shortly after 4:30 p.m., police officers arrived at a residence in the 3900 block of Lynner Drive to a grim scene.
