Wilanna Simone Bibbs, a 20-year-old Black / African American female, was a promising singer from Durham, North Carolina, with dreams of a career in music. In pursuit of her aspirations, she moved to Atlanta, where she met Justin Wright, a multi-platinum songwriter and music industry entrepreneur known professionally as J. Wright. The two began a relationship and had been dating for a few months before her life was tragically cut short.
