In the summer of 2015, a tragedy unfolded in a quiet Phoenix neighborhood, forever altering the lives of a family. On the evening of Sunday, August 16th, 45-year-old Adela Garcia Hernandez was found shot to death inside her home near 85th Avenue and Camelback Road.
