On a late Sunday night in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 43-year-old Tokeita Renee Johnson was tragically cut short. On April 24, 2022, gunshots rang out at a west Phoenix apartment complex near 27th Avenue and Tuckey Lane. When police officers arrived at the scene around 11:15 p.m., they were met with a chaotic environment, with multiple onlookers yelling and disregarding the officers' commands.
