In a senseless act of road rage, 10-year-old Summer Mellody Bell Brown was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona, on the evening of April 3, 2019. The young girl, a fifth-grader at Holdeman Elementary, was in the car with her father, mother, and sister, returning home when the tragic events unfolded.
