In the fall of 2021, a domestic dispute in Phoenix, Arizona, ended in a tragic loss of life. On the afternoon of Saturday, October 9th, the Phoenix Police Department received a chilling phone call from a man who identified himself as Daniel Chacón. He bluntly informed the dispatcher that he had just killed his partner, Christina Becerra, and intended to take his own life.
