Minh Thi Phan, a 49-year-old female, died on May 23, 2021, in Phoenix, Arizona, after being fatally shot. The incident occurred late Sunday night near 23rd and Northern avenues. The shooting was the culmination of a heated argument between Phan and her boyfriend, William Wickware.
