On a Sunday night in Phoenix, Arizona, a bright life was tragically cut short. Sixteen-year-old Kassandra Cisneros, a female high school student with dreams of a future in cosmetology, was driving home from work with her 18-year-old male coworker on February 6, 2022. The evening took a dark turn at approximately 11:21 p.m. as they traveled near 65th Avenue and Thomas Road. A dark-colored or black vehicle began to follow them, creating a sense of unease.
