In the fall of 2015, a tragedy unfolded in an east-central Phoenix apartment, forever altering the lives of a young family. On the evening of October 15th, police responded to a 9-1-1 call from a husband who reported finding his wife, 28-year-old Jacqueline Monique Catano, deceased in their home.
