In a residential neighborhood in west Phoenix, Arizona, the life of a young woman was tragically cut short. On the evening of November 29, 2023, 25-year-old Jennifer Jazmin Lopez, a Hispanic female, was shot and killed. The incident took place around 10:15 p.m. near 79th Avenue and Hilton Avenue.
