Alexander Luis Cruz Perez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the night of September 19, 2019, in Phoenix, Arizona. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex near 30th and E. Fillmore streets.
