Xavier Paul Martinez, a 21-year-old, was fatally shot in a deadly incident that occurred in south Phoenix, Arizona, on August 28, 2022. The shooting took place at a party near the intersection of 27th Street and South Mountain Road. Martinez was not the only victim; his cousin, Robert Puentes, also 21, was killed in the same incident, and a third person was injured.
