In the winter of 2015, a dispute between neighbors in Phoenix, Arizona, escalated into a fatal encounter, leaving one man dead and another a fugitive. The argument culminated when Anthony Marks, 30, allegedly shot and killed 31-year-old Richard 'Danny' Wren outside of Wren's apartment.
The incident unfolded directly in front of Wren's seven-month pregnant girlfriend, who witnessed the shooting. Following the altercation, Marks reportedly left the scene only to return with a firearm.
After shooting Wren, Marks fled and has not been seen since. Authorities have sought the public's help in locating him. Richard Danny Daniel Wren, born on May 2, 1984, passed away on September 9, 2015.
