In the winter of 2015, a dispute between neighbors in Phoenix, Arizona, escalated into a fatal encounter, leaving one man dead and another a fugitive. The argument culminated when Anthony Marks, 30, allegedly shot and killed 31-year-old Richard 'Danny' Wren outside of Wren's apartment.

The incident unfolded directly in front of Wren's seven-month pregnant girlfriend, who witnessed the shooting. Following the altercation, Marks reportedly left the scene only to return with a firearm. After ...
