In the spring of 2017, the life of 18-year-old Kevin Rogers was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On the evening of Thursday, May 11, 2017, Rogers was in a parking lot when he was fatally shot. The incident was a senseless act of gun violence that left a young man dead.
