In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, a confrontation inside a local bar escalated to a fatal encounter that ended the life of 43-year-old Charles Porter. The male victim, a decorated military veteran and father, was shot after an altercation on February 8, 2020, at a bar situated near Cave Creek and Greenway roads. He was transported to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
