In the early morning hours of April 13, 2024, a violent altercation in Phoenix, Arizona, claimed the life of 38-year-old Lucio Lopez Segura. The fatal incident unfolded around 2:45 a.m. near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Roeser Road, where an argument between four men escalated into a deadly exchange of gunfire.
When Phoenix police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a chaotic and grim situation with three men having sustained gunshot wounds.
