In the late hours of a Friday night in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of a young Hispanic man, Fernando Ceaser Chavez, was tragically cut short. On July 15, 2016, the 25-year-old male was found shot to death in the south parking lot of the Knights Inn Motel, located near the intersection of Interstate 17 and McDowell Road.
