In the winter of 2023, the life of 18-year-old Aaron Joseph Hernandez was cut short in a violent encounter in west Phoenix. On the evening of January 18th, Phoenix police were called to the area of 8000 West Indianola Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Hernandez suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The young man was a male.
