A young man’s life was cut short on a Saturday evening in Phoenix, Arizona. Brian Ruiz, a 21-year-old male, was shot and fatally wounded on January 26, 2019. The incident, which also left a 19-year-old man in serious condition, prompted a search for the person or persons responsible.
