On the evening of December 11, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona, a burst of gunfire shattered the ordinary atmosphere inside a store near 83rd Avenue and Indian School. When the chaos subsided, 38-year-old Jorge Hernandez Trigueros, a male, lay gravely wounded.
