Isaac Perez Grado, a 15-year-old from Avondale, Arizona, tragically lost his life due to a violent incident in Phoenix. On February 3, 2023, a drive-by shooting occurred in central Phoenix, specifically at the intersection of 1st Avenue and Thomas Road. During this incident, Isaac was critically injured, along with a child who was also hurt while walking in the area.
