In the fall of 2021, the life of 29-year-old Bobby Rico, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On the evening of October 6th, a gathering at a residence near the intersection of 41st Avenue and Buckeye Road took a grim turn. What was intended to be a party devolved into a scene of violence when Rico was shot while inside the home.
