In the winter of 2014, the life of 28-year-old Annette Elizabeth Bivins, a White/Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in a Yuma, Arizona hotel room. On the night of December 22nd, police were called to a hotel in the 1700 block of South Sunridge Drive, where they made a grim discovery. Inside one of the rooms, they found Annette and her 27-year-old husband, Deveon Antwan Bivins, both deceased.
