Death by Force

In the winter of 2017, the life of 29-year-old LaTorrie Beckford, a Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Glendale, Arizona. On the evening of December 13th, Beckford was discovered on the ground in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated near 55th Avenue and Camelback Road. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The initial investigation into his death left police with few immediate leads and no description of a suspect.
