Edward Nunn, aged 54, was fatally shot on December 17, 2017, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was found dead in an apartment near 12th Street and Highland Avenue, along with his wife, Rene Cooksey, who was also killed. The suspect in their murders is Cleophus Cooksey Jr., Rene Cooksey's son, who had been living with the couple after his release from prison.
