In a quiet Phoenix neighborhood near 43rd Avenue and Peoria, the evening of January 22, 2024, was shattered by violence that left two men dead. One of the men was 61-year-old Martin Lewis. The incident, which police believe began as a dispute, escalated into an exchange of gunfire inside a residence. When officers arrived at the home around 5:20 p.m., they discovered Lewis suffering from a gunshot wound.
