In the winter of 2013, a typical Wednesday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of Steven Lawrence Singer, a 48-year-old male. On January 30th, a dispute escalated inside a north-central Phoenix office building, culminating in a tragic shooting.
